Heavenly Father, Almighty and Everlasting God,
I come before You with a humble and contrite heart,

You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,
the Creator of the heavens and the earth,
and the Sovereign Lord over all that exists.

Today, O Lord, I surrender myself completely into Your hands.
I consecrate my heart, my mind, my soul, and my body to You.
I lay down my desires, my ambitions, my plans, and my will at Your feet,
and I ask that You take full control of my life.
Let nothing in me remain that is not of You.
Purify me, sanctify me, and set me apart for Your divine purpose.

Lord Jesus Christ, my Redeemer and King,
You gave Yourself as a perfect sacrifice for my sins,
